The property is equipped with the latest superfast fibre broadband, Smart Ultra HD TV with full access to Netflix and Amazon Prime in addition to regular channels. Music can be played through the voice activated Alexa device. There is underfloor heating throughout in addition to the feature fire in the living room.
The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite and the other adjacent. The luxury master has a kingsize bed and a 50inch ultra HD Smart TV. the second bedroom can be set up as a twin or a super kingsize. A folding bed is available in the lounge for a 5th guest.
The designer German kitchen is fitted with all amenities including coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer. A marble dining table provides seating for 4 and views over the park through the 3 sets of floor to ceiling Juliet balconies
The owners‘ bicycles are available to explore St Andrews and the surrounding area - including a new mountain ebike to really add to the fun!

While the apartment was great, it additionally had it all in location -- on a park, walking distance to bus station, walking distance to all you want to see, buy or eat.

The apt is immaculate and everything is of a very high standard. Location could not be better with easy 10-15 min walk to beach and 5 mins to town centre. We did not use the bikes as we walked everywhere but they are available should you wish to do so. The apt comes with a dedicated undercover car parking space and there it stayed for the weekend. We would definitely recommend Graham’s apt for a couple or small family and would love to return in the future

This is a first class property. Standards of furnishings and cleanliness are excellent. It is in a perfect location two minutes walk from the centre yet quiet as it looks out over a park away from the road. It also has secure and specified garage parking. Graham the owner responded quickly and helpfully to all our enquiries. We had everything we needed for our short break in the beautiful town of St Andrews and are looking forward to returning before too long.

Fabulous flat and only a 5min stroll into St. Andrews. Really high spec inside, lovely welcome pack. Communication with owner excellent as are the instructions for everything in the flat. Beautiful woodland area outside which we would recommend exploring. Highly recommend staying, we would love to visit again

Lovely modern clean apartment with everything we needed. All the extra touches made the stay extra special. Very safe too. Location was perfect - loved our walk along lade braes lane into town. Would return in a minute! Highly recommend.
